The pair travelled around Britain in search of the best sources of ingredients and the best recipes for bread, cakes, pork pies and puddings.
In the series, Si and Dave cooked their way around Britain. How about making your own Naan bread to go with a home made curry or a gorgeous cheese and beer bread to serve with an onion and apple soup.
They made their own mark at the Womens Institute with their own interpretation of the classic Victoria sponge. I'm not sure what the WI made of it though.
It was then on to the Henley Royal Regatta to make a tea time treat for one of the crews. A tempting selection of really chunky cookies with sour cherries and chocolate chips.
Si and Dave also took on one of their biggest challenges. They were asked by a Manchester couple if they could make them a wedding cake. So it was off to Manchester to bake a traditional 5 tier fruit cake. It was so big they had to mix it in a wheel barrow! Not suprishingly though, it was a great success.
