Ginger (names changed to protect the innocent) wrote into the Agony Uncles studio and made reference to the Hairy Bikers Egg, Bacon and Asparagus flan. Both Uncles Si & Dave suggested that they try the Hairy Bikers Mole Pueblano sauce recipe from the Hairy Bikers Cookbook with some 24 ingredients. Uncle Dave's after-the-event snack is a pork pie and as you would come to expect, the Hairy Bikers has a recipe for a classic pork pie in their cookbook 'Perfect Pies'.
