This week, we received two emails on the same subject... Sarah Woodrow wrote in to say that she had been trying to find a beef stroganoff recipe for a very long time to replicate one she used to have at a local restaurant some 25 years ago. Sarah came across and tried our recipe and said it was sensational, actually better than that.

Kim, wrote into the studio wanting to know how to Flambé safely. Uncle Si suggested not to wear hair-lacquer. Uncle Dave reminisced about the Hairy Bikers time at the Hermitage in Moscow cooking their version of beef stroganoff in the BBC TV Series Northern Exposure.
