The Kingie's store cupboard BBQ Sauce

If you don’t like your BBQ Sauce to spicy leave out the addition of the fresh chilli. If you like it slightly more acidic add a dessertspoon of white wine vinegar. The great thing about this sauce is you can tweak it to your taste. Use it as a base sauce and get creative.

Two glass jars with homemade BBQ sauce, one closed with a black lid and the other open with a spoon. A red chili, garlic, black peppercorns, and fresh herbs are strewn around on a wooden surface — perfect companions for Kingies homemade BBQ recipes.
