Ingredients

Method

  1. Remove the cauliflower leaves and stalk and cut florets into even-sized chunks.

  2. Pulse the florets in a food processor until it’s the same size and texture of rice.

  3. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan, and add the spices for 2-3 minutes until aromatic.

  4. Add the cauliflower rice to the pan and stir to coat in the oil & spices.

  5. Add the stock and simmer for 5 minutes until the stock has been absorbed.
