  • As always, a very enjoyable programme. Lots of ideas for party foods. I liked the idea of coating veggies in the salt and cooking them. Will have to try that very soon. Great series, lads.

  • Just made the prawn&crab dumplings from this episode-total success! Keep the flour handy though, cos the dough is very sticky, the mix went a long way and I have a bit left over-guess what I'm having in my sarnies tomorrow!

  • Hi,
Just did your dumplings and they were great. Did the pork filling but with red peppers (can pretend they are chillis as the kids hardly eat vegetables) and onion (invisible, yes, failed on the veggies in regards of my kids). I made about forty but could only fit 300g of meat. I worried about the folding etc but they looked perfect. So nice when you try a new technique and a new recipe and it works great. Thanks a lot!
