  • Hello,

This is probably a strange request, but could you please tell me what the title is of the beautiful piece of music that was played when the boys revealed their cheesecake in today's episode (11 December 2011). I've known it and liked it for decades but somehow never managed to know who was it by and what it was called.
    Please help.
    Many thanks,
    Silvia

  • I watched the Beer and Cider episode last week. I thought the Hairy Bikers were first class in the way they championed CAMRA's cause for real ale. Because of organisations like CAMRA our local branch on the Isle of Man are running our first beer festival in April. If the lads are beck on the Island in the near future they are most welcome. They will certainly be welcome to try some new local ale.

  • Hi all when use mayo salid cream is it alright to replace it with a Yogurt such as "Total Greek yogurt" I can not eat mayo give me a bad guts

  • Your programmes are EXCELLENT.
But, for god's sake fire the idiot who thought it would be clever to use fake 'film scratches' to add - in fact to add what? to the images. You are not shooting on film but on tape so why oh why use this truly stupid affectation.
Scratched film is sometimes used to suggest 'old film footage' (an equally cretinous idea since most people involved in restoring old film spend hours getting rid of scratches) but in your case to merely indicate a transition of time, it is a truly pathetic idea.

  • has anyone found the venison cobbler recipe?
